Privacy policy

This policy explains what StreamYourPC handles when you use Moonlight, why we need it, and the choices you have.

Information we handle

  • Account details such as your name, email address, password hash, workspace role, and assigned tier.
  • Workspace data such as invited members, connected machine names, connection state, and Sunshine application metadata.
  • Operational records such as sign-in events, errors, security events, IP address, browser details, and service performance.
  • Payment references and account notes supplied by an administrator. Card details should remain with the payment provider and are not stored by Moonlight.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, connect your browser to your chosen PC, manage accounts, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Network and streaming data

Your Moonlight node joins the Tailscale network you approve. Stream traffic is relayed or forwarded only as needed to provide the session. Do not connect a machine or network you are not authorized to use.

Sharing

We may use infrastructure, email, monitoring, database, and payment providers as processors. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

We keep account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, disputes, backups, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, and restricted service networks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained when the law or a legitimate security need requires it. Email [email protected].

International use and children

The service may process information where our providers operate. Moonlight is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
