Terms of service

Accounts and authority

Accounts are provisioned by StreamYourPC after commercial terms are agreed. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may connect only computers, software, games, and networks you own or are authorized to use.

Personal and Team tiers

Your administrator assigns a Personal or Team tier and any seat limit. Tier, payment, renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds, and service period are governed by your invoice or written order. The customer panel does not process payments.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual property rights, game terms, or another person's privacy.
• Do not attack, probe, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or bypass limits of the service.
• Do not expose a Tailscale node or Sunshine host beyond what is needed for your authorized users.

Third-party services

Moonlight interoperates with software and networks including Sunshine and Tailscale. Their terms and availability are separate from ours. You are responsible for configuring and licensing third-party products.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, networks, hardware, third-party services, and internet conditions may interrupt it. We may change or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when practical.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Either party may end service under the applicable order. You remain responsible for charges already due.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. StreamYourPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
